Get a Mentor (It Can Save You Years)

One of the biggest accelerators in life is finding somebody who has already walked the path you want to walk.

It sounds obvious when you think about it.

A while ago, I had a conversation with someone who runs multiple blogs – for business, for personal use, and even for a charity.

I asked her a simple question:

“If you had to give just one piece of advice for building something online that actually works… what would it be?”

Her answer was immediate.

Have you ever had that quiet, nagging feeling that something just isn’t quite right in your job?

Not bad enough to force a change…
But not right enough to ignore either.

It might be the people.
It might be the company culture.
